Nosler's MagnumTV Harvests a "Dugga Boy"
Cape Buffalo with the new 475 Turnbull

James Brion (left) and Rob Dunham (right) of Nosler's MagnumTV teamed up in Tanzania, August 2008 to harvest this old "Dugga Boy" on film using a Turnbull .475, model 71.  The show is expected to be on the Magnum Action Video Series in late 2008 or early 2009 and will air on Nosler's MagnumTV in 2009.  A 1000 meter stalk culminated in Rob levering three quick 450 grain rounds into this ancient old bull at a distance of 120 yards.  Any of the three shots would have been fatal.  The first shot, a soft, struck just behind the front shoulder.  The second two shots were both within inches of the first.  Solids, which passed clean through the bull.  The rifle performed flawlessly on Cape Buffalo, some of Africa's most dangerous and unpredictible game.
